Welcome to Social Wars#

Social Wars was Social Point's modern war game on Facebook (2012): build a military base, gather gold, wood, oil and steel, train soldiers, tanks and aircraft, and fight through the campaign. It's playable again thanks to the Social Warriors preservation team (github.com/AcidCaos/socialwarriors), whose server L.O.S hosts.

Getting in#

1. Get the L.O.S launcher from losfarms.xyz/launcher.
2. Sign in with your L.O.S account and pick Social Wars in the games hub.
3. The general walks you through the start. Your base is saved to your L.O.S account.

Your base#

• Resources: gold, wood, oil and steel, from depots, refineries and factories.
• Command Center: the heart of your base.
• Army: barracks, factories and airfields train infantry, vehicles and aircraft.

Battles#

• Work through the campaign chapters; each shows how many enemies are left.
• Check Goals (bottom left) for missions and rewards.
• Neighbours: every other L.O.S player shows up in your neighbour bar, along with the project's built-in bases.

What's different from the original#

• It's game version 1.5.4, the latest the preservation team supports.
• Facebook features (inviting friends, buying cash) and the auction house are gone.
